The Tom Dickson Quaich This trophy is named after one of the most significant contributors to Scottish parachuting, Tom Dickson. Tom joined the Scottish Parachute Club in 1963 and was a long serving, driving force of the club, serving as Secretary, Chairman, and Chief Instructor, as well as working at other club and centres in Scotland. Tom was also one of the founder members of the Scottish Sport Parachute Association. Until his untimely death in 1982, Tom's contribution to Scottish Parachuting was immeasurable. The trophy is awarded by the Scottish Sport Parachute Association for significant contribution to Scottish parachuting. Martin Rennie presents Tom with a Quaich for services to the Scottish Parachute Club, on the occasion of the 21st anniversary of the club in 1981.
